I don’t want my phone screen to be on at all times. Distracting and just all around not necessary for me. There is no case where I want my screen to be on at a glance

Those carrier deals are tempting as hell honestly
I don’t need to upgrade my 12 Pro but getting a 14 Pro Max for $100 or $200 if I get 256gb (they’re still smoking crack for selling 128gb base models in 2022) is insane. Plus it looks like next year I’ll be down to the $800 range if trends continue… I’ll sleep on it. i was honestly real afraid the Always On Display would dent the 14 Pro Max battery life but Apple pleasantly surprises us by bumping it even more than last year's model. I'm so happy for this.
