I bought the 15” MacBook Air thinking I was going to prefer the larger screen real estate, but I’m not going to give up my 14” MBP. The mini-LED screen / ProMotion / speaker quality make it too superior to the Air… GOAT combo of features and portability. Returning the Air tmo

My wife has the 13” M2 Air and it’s awesome. Very, very light and portable. I personally could never choose the 13” Air over the 14” Pro because of the differences in speaker and screen quality (plus the slightly smaller screen on the Air) BUT if you don’t really care too much about that stuff then the M2 Air is excellent
I’ve never once heard the fans spin up in my MBP and 3.5lbs doesn’t feel heavy to me, FWIW

Ttue, ya I have a lg c2 oled with Apple TV and Sonos surround sound in my room so I don’t care for speaker quality, I have a 2019 air intel but that is showing it’s age

yes, but it still sounds
yes, but it still sounds
I’m confused, why not just max out that volume then? If you’re on silent mode with haptics/vibrate on then the alarm should be the only aspect that the volume bar should effect

I’m not sure what you’re telling me, right now I tested it and the alarm sounds low, which is fine, and the ringer volume is maxed out, I also tried without silent mode and the ringer to the max and the volume of the alarm stays the same? I mean it doesn’t sound loud now but I’m confused
