I need the youtube nerds to compare the pro to the 3 cause Airpods Pro aren't something you can just easily sell or give away cause its been in your ear so would likely just keep them as back up

Need them to have the same sound balance as the pros to be worth it. The pros have a really good and neutral sound to them. If these new airpods are the same bass heavy sound of the old ones then that is a clear pass.

But I do find the airpods Pro do not fit as well as the standard airpods. I know this is usually the opposite for most people though.
