don’t even think that s*** will even be brought up in s2 tbh.

they made it seem like it wasn’t even a big deal in s1 which was kinda surprising but I just assumed they didn’t expand on it more to keep the “feel good” vibe of the show

i think it’ll at least come up as a secret Ted’s been keeping from Rebecca when the show goes to put them together

I loved him on SNL but since he left, he seems to be playing dumbed down versions of his best SNL characters

Idk about that.. Ted Lasso is just super nice all the time and looks out for every single person on his team including non-players. Coach Taylor was often a s***ty coach every now and then. He'd often not really stick up for his players, especially his black players. I'd only argue that Coach Taylor is a better coach in terms of strategy and tactics on the field.
