Argentina isn't great country tbh they been bankrupt that many times

would say Columbia is probs the best in last 20 years at least

Not sure tbh. Manufacturing good cars proved to be quite a harsh market over the years. Also even with the lack of manpower as you call it the market got enough supply.

Then the next thing is that in the end it is the Western world who buys the more expensive luxury cars. I cant see people taking a new Chinese electric car from a noname brand over a Mercedes or maybe even Tesla at that.
