Target could have a boatload of 21 Savage albums in stock and specially showcased and they would still barely sell at all. Waste of time and money for Target, labels (albums are shipped back after not selling), and everyone else involved.

SyIIabIesJust went to 2 targets looking for Insano physical and they weren’t on display, neither was 21 savage or Kali Uchis. I had to ask if they had it.
They only had a gang of taylor swift and Arianas album displayed while the other stuff was kept in the back.

21 album just dropped so they wouldve had to ship the physical to stores in advance.
Nicki explained this for PF2 that its based on previous supply and demand trends for not just the artist but the genre/subgenre. Thats why taylor swift for example gets so much space in stores.
