Eternal Atake was my introduction to his music and that plus the Deluxe solidified myself as a fan, so yes, for me, Pink Tape will be just as exciting.

    1. I think he has proven his 2015-2016 naysayers wrong and has really transitioned to be one of the best rappers to come from the 2010s SoundCloud scene. Eternal Atake was full of technical rhyme patterns and flows that changed multiple times within one song (Celebration Station for example). While his bars can be recycled and his subject matter doesn’t usually break from the braggadocio style, his ability for effortless freestyling/punching in and the way he combines braggadocio with pop rock melodies is what makes him stand out from peers and as an OG of that style.

    2. That’s tough. I think every era has strengths. For now, I’m really into the 2018 Eternal Atake Version 1 era. Tracks like Of Course, Run It Up, Fake From The Jump, Underworld, and most recently, On My Grind, all have this epic, atmospheric feel and style. It’s perfect winter music along with LUV Is Rage 1 and 2.

In terms of released music, the 2016 Lil Uzi Vs The World and Perfect LUV Tape era are just perfect summer projects. The braggadocio combined with happy care-free attitude and upbeat production is just blissful and fun.

    3. N/A

    4. Honestly, I don’t see too much change from previous eras. He’s a rapper who has his own style and identity and it’s pretty consistent across the board. Sure, there’s things like Uzi’s voice sounding different on LIR compared to LUVTW or how the upbeat 2016 sound is different from the moody 2017-2018 sound or how EA has more technical rapping than LIR2, but he’s already established his style at this point. I’d like to see more introspective tracks but his melodies and rapping ability is still top notch.

    5. I think he’s still incredibly popular and relevant. He still has retained a youthful fanbase and an older fanbase that grew up with his 2015-2017 stuff are just gonna show his longevity. I still see him dominating charts and while I’m not a fan of Just Wanna Rock, it seems like he’s not fading anytime soon.

    6. I believe so. But there’s so many phenomenal rappers from the 90s and 00s that are more cult legends than high-selling stadium acts. In terms of the 2010s, he will go down as a legend for sure. He’s surpassed being a product of time and place compared to many of his SoundCloud contemporaries, not to mention he started making music during the early 2010s Atlanta trap sound taking over (Purple Thoughtz, Real Uzi). Dude is a veteran through and through.
