Yeah this one felt like the big filter. For me what worked was pulse melee until the fire arms come out and then just keep distance and fire away. Sometimes sneaking in another pulse blade after dodging the fire arms.

First boss of chapter 2 gave me so much trouble, finally beat it after 20 or 30 tries

But I didn’t get all the battle logs so I gotta replay it at some point

the movement and combat is crazy, and the heavy customization means we’re all likely playing in slightly different ways lol. such an amazing game already and I’ve only played for an hour

It is staggering how quickly the options expand a few hours into the game, there are millions of combinations you can make and I’m sure most of them are fun as f*** to play already one of my favourite combat systems ever
