Idk about £50 for raphina but it’s clear arteta doesn’t value Pepe and they need depth for that area

Years on contract is irrelevant when there's plenty of demand for a player. That's why Gabriel Jesus went for the fee he did when multiple clubs were after him while Tielemans is going for half that because the demand just is not there. I think, and hope, he'll do great. Getting consistent minutes as a striker should help his conversion a little bit but I'm not expecting a goal monster. But the rest of his attributes should also be a massive boost.

Midfielder is absolutely needed. Not completely convinced on Tielemans but for that price it's not a bad deal. Can be relegated to sub next summer if it doesn't work out.

A winger should definitely be signed imo. Pepe is clearly not trusted and should be moved on. Wing depth is weak at this moment. Gab could fill in there too but that's only a bonus if Nketiah is ready.

Given the latest news, we're likely gonna need two midfielders.
