Idk about £50 for raphina but it’s clear arteta doesn’t value Pepe and they need depth for that areaabsolutely agreed but i felt like raphinha was quite a pricey option
even though he’s an excellent player i believe cm & lb/cb should be priorities now and i believe there might be some cheaper winger options on the market
give me youri tielemans and lisandro martinez and this is an excellent transfer window

Years on contract is irrelevant when there's plenty of demand for a player. That's why Gabriel Jesus went for the fee he did when multiple clubs were after him while Tielemans is going for half that because the demand just is not there. I think, and hope, he'll do great. Getting consistent minutes as a striker should help his conversion a little bit but I'm not expecting a goal monster. But the rest of his attributes should also be a massive boost.

Wanted Martinez even though he’s not really a left back but he’d have been quite expensive though
Zinchenko is proven quality and accomodated to the league though so i prefer Him to Grimaldo

Paqueta would be cool too but he’s more of an attacking midfielder to Me even though he Can play cm

Martinez my preference too because he can provide depth at LCB next to competing for LB, but not for that price. Happy with Zinchenko though. Would take Paqueta over Tielemans. Ideally get both and sell Xhaka.
