Ngl when SZA dropped Ctrl i thought it was mid at first. I liked a couple songs but i considered her just another new age rnb girl.

I didn’t learn to appreciate her until 2018 when i heard SZA on All the Stars then i had to go back and listen to Ctrl again. Ctrl is a classic and SZA is one of my favourite artists

Which artist did you sleep on and when did they grow on you?

    Same tbh

  • Youngboy for the longest but he became my second favorite artist in 2020 and it’s great getting into him now since he has such a huge catalogue of songs to go through

I wasn't the biggest fan of Mac Miller until he released Macadelic and once he released WMWTSO I started to really f*** with him

Alice in Chains, was a nirvana stan for a long time and dismissed the other grunge bands as mid. Played Dirt once and the rest is history

  • Youngboy
Then I saw the death enclaimed video on trending when it dropped
    The rest is history!

I was never a big Jay Z fan, I understood why everybody loved Hov, but as I've matured I've became a much bigger fan.

Danny Brown’s voice used to be like nails on a chalkboard for me initially
Chance’s voice, adlibs and that minutes of silence in Pusha Man had me like for a while

Sleaford Mods. Found “Jollyfucker” annoying and didn’t listen to them again until English Tapas and realized I was very wrong. Love ‘em now.
