I mean you know what, I don't really think speaking on cancel culture is that nonsensical, since for me it's a symbol of something that started off as a weapon for oppressed that transformed into a monster that's used to f*** people up for their smallest wrongdoings (that they often outgrew) or taking things out of context just because they're not liked. I think it's a damaging trend for us all, so if someone wants to speak on that I'm fine. How you speak on it is important though.

And yeah, picking Kodak for the album gets worse the more I think about it tbh.

artists love to take the time to comment on the "top" glorified rappers and say how inspired they are and will go to the studio to make the same generic ass garbage they've been spewing for years

When I take a step back to think about it I think it’s the consumer that annoys me the most more than the artist. I agree we have gotten to a point of people just going out of their way to find dirt on other people and ruin them and it’s ridiculous. In most cases artists don’t get canceled. We’ve seen very few examples of a career being ruined over real or false allegations of past s***. But simultaneously it’s not right either. It’s just whenever artists address cancel culture in a way of “you can’t cancel me I’ll say whatever” and then the listener response is “OH HES STEPPING UP TO CANCEL CULTURE FINALLY SOMEONE IS” it usually comes from some dude who’s probably been accused of SA or some other crazy s*** or at least in fear of it and it makes them feel like they have a voice in their corner. That’s what annoys me most I think (hope this makes sense I’m rambling)
