Which has the best story between those 3
That's a good question.
Origins is pretty focused.
Shadows starts off great and then kind of sucks in the middle. Then has a good third chapter and a so so ending.
Odyssey is so f***ing big I can't remember everything. But it has some really good parts. You'll be playing that game forever unless you stick strictly to the main quest.
I kinda like them all for different reasons. Shadows or Origins has the most Point A to point B story.
I really enjoyed odyssey but it's one of the biggest games I ever played.
In terms of quality, prolly say Shadows just by a hair over Origins. But only if you do all of yasuke's personal quests too. I thought his story was very interesting and people can't see last it because of the "black man in a samurai world" bullshit.
His story is interesting and I enjoyed it.
It's not that odyssey is bad, but most people probably don't like playing for 100 hours. I enjoyed it but do remember getting burned out a couple times.
But nothing was as bad as valhalla to me. It's started off great and was a slog after the first 5 hours to the end of the game.
But to answer your question.
Origins and shadows is basically a toss up. Both revenge stories, depends on the combat and location you prefer. I don't like the way Origins plays as much.
I like bayek and all but this nigga letting himself get poisoned multiple times is ridiculous.
I change my mind. Origins story is better. Just because of the presentation. Shadows is more grounded though if you prefer that.

yeah you was trippin lmao origins story is def better
i see what you‘re saying tho
Noticed microstuttering with PSSR.
Was curious of the results of pssr with this game. Digital foundry found that there is microstutter on ps5 pro when you have vrr turned on, with all games.
Image quality is much more stable with PSSR on, they cooked
Performance or quality?
Performance or quality?
Performance, it's not Quality mode level but it has way less visual artifacts. But, there's some bug with the lighting on PSSR that happens sometimes that they need to fix
Edit: looks like this but only applies with HDR on
Anyone got some Ninja movies recomendation? Something with lots of action. I watched again lately Ninja Assassin and it it's pretty badass

Ninja in the dragons den

hdr in general makes this game look worse for some reason

idk im on regular ps5 and someone told me to turn it off and i immediately saw the difference
This game is not too bad fellas
I enjoyed it. It got a bit samey in the middle but I think it's good. I enjoy the world, it looks very pretty and the characters handle very well. My biggest gripe with origins and is I hated the way bayek controls.
I'm happy with it and will probably get the dlc when it drops.
Were finally seeing them pivot back to you being an assassin. And I'm sure Hexe will be more linear and actually place you as an assassin again. I'm glad for the mythology trilogy but it's definitely time to move on.

I think they’ll be going back and forth between classic ac and rpg ac, so we’re not necessarily moving on unfortunately
yall beat this yet?
Hell nah. 20 hours in and I just got to yasuke. I’m not sure if I’ll ever beat it lol.
I only play it in spurts when i want to turn my brain off. Too many other great games dropping right now
i was really trying to finish this in under a month before my ubisoft+ sub renewed, but i can't the game's too big

just rolled credits on shadows, I still think origins is the best, shadows comes second, and the main reason is because origins campaign is so much more focused, shadows strucuture makes it a mess to follow what's going imo.
No modern day story in Shadows is insane also
