idk man I got lost after revelations..black flag lost me completely
Yea I didn’t play the end of Valhalla game was some trash to me lol out of the rpg era games origins and odyssey were dope imo tbh, but yeah something like black flag going to their older style of games would have been fire. I knew that talk of them doing that for this new one was the biggest cap in gaming this year
This what I was wondering honestly, kinda seem like they didn’t really do anything with the ending of that whole Loki/basim/Odin/evior thing? I didn’t play any of those dlcs
that would be silly
I’m pretty sure they’re just not showing the present day stuff in the trailer
Pretty sure most ac games are advertised that way
Would be ridiculous if we don’t get to see what’s going on with Loki given that he’s the protagonist of Mirage

I guess I was so caught in the Nephilim lore, I was expecting the series to keep evolving through eras doing the search of the Eden pieces in different parts of the world, up until we reach Desmond's time and we finish the saga with a game in the modern era.
there's nothing special in this one
seems like fan service for the OGs tbh
somehow Origins is leagues ahead
this will be on ps+ and game pass by may 2024
I used to be a huge AC fan, but everything I’ve seen of this game looks like I played this already 10+ years ago. Like who is the audience for this game man

fans were asking for a return to form because the last several games were bloated open worlds

People who miss AC1.
Sad thing is this will probably kill any chance of them releasing another traditional ac ever again. Nobody wanted ac1 with ubis current unjointed plot pacing, people just wanted another brotherhood with the classic mechanics and some upgrades. This really should’ve stayed a 5-10 hour dlc for Valhalla
sheesh ded gaym on release
low criticial reception
ubi execs getting arrested
morale so low, company wide
Ubiosft is over, sad to see it go, happy to see it leave type s***. Having formerly worked there, the company always had a weird vibe.

Ubisoft is like 20 different teams across the world lmao how could morale be low at all of them because of one of the ac teams
77 on meta means generally favorable reception, the avg review score is 8/10 basically which is solid

Tbf the AC franchise is dead. They’ve killed it. If they want to revive it, they need to go back to the drawing boards with a brand new game from the bottom up. But we not gonna get that in 10+ years.
AC needs to RIP

77 on meta for a triple Ass game is absolutely awful
