A huge part of the problem is that this kind of thing has been happening for YEARS and has repeatedly been shrugged off and forgotten.

A MOVEMENT is happening right NOW.

NOT ONLY THAT, his fanbase is built off primarily caucasian people, and with his amount of influence, he damn sure BETTER say something to make sure the people looking up to him know where he stands, and hopefully inspire them to make any form of change, no matter how minimal.

FINALLY, Post has had SEVERAL red flags throughout his career. So when something like this happens, and we see silence, it just confirms what we had already suspected. So yeah, it is F*** YOU if you support "Post Malone."
