Tbh I wanna say when I got into HS. That’s when I was forced to wake up super early. Had to deal with fatigue during and after school. Starting working out and noticed shoulder and hip pain that I just shrugged off . The unlimited energy I had all throughout elementary and middle school vanished in HS.

Literally have felt exactly the same since HS. A sluggish, tired, fatigued mess lmaooooo.
