    1. 10 min Jumping jacks
    2. (10 sets) 10 Jumping jacks/10 pushups
    3. 100 Alternating lunges
    4. 110 Unassisted situps
    5. 2x55 Pushup to plank
    6. 55 Unassisted situps
    7. (3 sets) 10 jumping jacks/10 pushups

    I did this today abs might hurt tmrw I dont know yet might do it tommorow too if no one replies with something better

    Its a balance between diet and excercise. U can eat like s*** if u are active enough and still be ripped as s***.

    Feel like being untrained and trying to do all this s*** in one go is gonna lead to you doing 98 sloppy reps of every exercise tbh
