If i had to guess i think the jaw titan evolves. All other titans look very similar to each other with only slight differences in appearances. The jaw is the only one that looks completely different with each user mikasa even says when fighting gillard that his is completely diff then ymirs

Falcos titan design is so sick

nah it's because the titans' appearance is heavily influenced by the shifter's DNA. For example, Marcel's and Porco's jaw titans were very similar because they were brothers, whereas Ymir's jaw titan was very different.

Btw fun fact: all Jaeger titans we've seen (eren, zeke and grisha) share a common physical trait - they all have pointy ears.

No all titans look way different from each other, Armin and Bert's colossal are fairly different outside of not having skin. All 3 attack titans(Eren, Grisha, Kruger) we've seen have fairly different designs.
