Yes, but he's rarely ever criticized culturally. For example, if he drops an album most people don't f*** with/enjoy, does a mid feature, no one will call it mid/trash or say it sucks. They'll come up with some other long-ass explanation as to why they don't enjoy it.
But anyone else drops something that people don't enjoy and it's immediately trash, mid, wack, etc.

Harsh, maybe but Doja has something that works, something that brought her from obscurity to the limelight and has made her one of the most successful artists on the planet but now she wants to defer to making ''real rap'' songs that nobody (even the audience she's trying to appeal to with those songs) will give a f*** about.
