You spitting mostly, but where did you get the part about women leading the Oslo accords supposedly leading to a better outcome?
The very premises of those negotiations (normalizing the Zionist entity, without even the guarantee of a Palestinian state) is the problem, not Palestinian men. The PFLP and DFLP, communist Palestinian parties, both rejected the negotiations, and both had male leadership at the time.
It is completely unnecessary to downplay the militancy or righteousness of Palestinian men like this, especially when the main propaganda piece at this moment is the demonization of Palestinian men as rapists, and most of the Hamas fighters and victims who died of this genocide are male.
We should be more careful about spreading these sorts of narratives that can lead to unnecessary divisions among Palestinians, especially when so many Palestinians (inclusing many women) are pushing back on this demonization of Palestinian men

Love you but don’t put words in my mouth like that dawg.

Nothing im saying got anything to do with the present demonization of Palestinian men as rapists bro im talking bout some s*** from the 90s
when you compare what we proposed to what came out of Oslo you get very sad because Oslo brought a lot less than what was on the negotiating table
That’s not painting a narrative that was an actual quote from a woman that was there. Aint tryna incite no terminally online gender war division. Niggas brought up PLO I’m stating a flaw. Nothing more.

You said that the reason that Oslo went wrong is because Palestinian men didn't let women lead the negotiations. That's absolute bullshit. It's the premises of the negotiations in the first place, women or men it doesn't matter
I'm not saying you are perpetuating the mass rape hoax, but you are unnecessarily pointing to gender as the culprit of why Oslo turned out the way it is. And yes that is absolutely the wrong thing to do at a time like this. No need to get hostile like this.
Wtf is this mf saying @Snowboy

I’m hostile cause of what you implying dawg.
I pointed out a flaw. Aint get nan this type of energy when i said this in the original palestine thread.

I didn't imply nothing except for what I said. That the problem with Oslo wasn't gender, it was the premises of the negotiations itself, and that you are wrong for trying to make that the focus.

Cool, bet.

if you're saying that palestinian women in leading positions in the PLO were less open to capitulation than many of the men in the organization than that is most likely true. but beyond that I wouldn't make any further generalizations.

pretty much
saying "PLO" wasn't meant to be taken as me saying "all palestinian men"
pretty much
saying "PLO" wasn't meant to be taken as me saying "all palestinian men"
yeah I understood what you meant
It actually is pretty complicated
And that’s actually exactly what both Hamas and Israel are trying to do to eachother. They’re both open about it. Of course Israelis want to destroy Palestine and take it and of course Palestinians want to destroy the colonies and take them. Don’t go at people not swearing that they have a solution for this.
The difference is that destroying Palestine is destroying millennia of history and the people associated with it, versus destroying Israel is destroying an 80 year old colonial project that believes in ethnic supremacy
Palestine isn’t an antisemitic concept, but Israel specifically seeks to remove Muslim and a Christian influence in the region
"im not telling Palestinians to accept a two state solution"
im not telling anyone to do anything i'm lit just saying at one point palestinians were considering a two-state solution so to simply say it could have never happened is just not true whatsoever
Yeah well Israel never considered a two state solution and they have the power in this relationship
