I was in high school during the mid 2000s and it was very rare to see any kids with fades or going to a barber shop. It was mostly the Arab, Indian, and European kids. I’d have to drive out to close to Detroit to get a hair cut because everyone around me went to Great Clips or Fantastic Sam’s.

Men’s grooming in general blew up last couple years. Everyone around me now is some high end barber shops from neck shaves, waxing, and etc.
