The merch wave is a huge part of it. The 350s as well. FSMH. Dude put on Metro Boomin to the suburbs. He had Yachty and Thug at Season 3. Idk overall I think the TLOP era was the era that had the general public most hooked on Ye.
I will say this tho maybe I’m being extremely bias because I got to directly experience TLOP and I wasn’t even in the US for Graduation. But I also think the influence we see from TLOP is already more impactful than the influence from Grad.
I was also playing defense cuz to me it seemed like you were suggesting that Ye wasn’t really relevant past 2010 and I can see now you weren’t saying that at all.
