I hate that I'm even complaining about this show cus I love it so much, but yea ALL of that was some boolshit. It's lame when shows make strong characters do dumb s*** to advance the plot.

And it's even more noticeable when this show follows Succession, a show with airtight writing where the characters stay true to themselves.

I am not trying to argue if you and others love that. That is dope .

I can look past that really stupid decision to leave Barry alone in a situation where honestly even a regular dude like me could’ve escaped lmao.

Huge fumble, and maybe a reach, but hopefully he intended for him to escape once he found out Barry gave Gene 250k? Probably not, but still. Everything else is absolute perfection and gonna be sad to see this and Succession end on Sunday.

Sally isn’t happy at all though and that kid don’t even love her lowkey. Her happy ending would be escaping that life.

Sally deserves more of an arc than just be rescued and keep living that delusional vision life

This show is ending strong but I think the time jump made things unnecessarily choppy

Also HBO kind of f***ed this show over by putting it after Succession

Succession has been emotionally devastating on its own

Most unnecessary time jump and they have basically spent 2-3 episodes explaining directly everything that happened during time jump
