Begins is embarrassed to be a comic book movie. The Batman is a classic graphic novel come to life.

Yeah the third act of Begins
Batman taking on Rahs Al goul trying to nuke Gotham while all the citizens are poisoned by scarecrow hallucination gas vs Batman fighting random 4chan losers while the riddler is sidelined in Arkham
Begins a one time watch
First watch was a snooze for me personally.
Second watch when you actually pay attention.. BLASSIC

This s*** practical effects too being a Nolan flick
Snyder or the MCU would’ve CGI’d this
Begins is absolutely NOT better than Rises and I'm tired of pretending it is
Scarecrow >>> Bane
It's way better from a character and cinematography and just iconic perspective but if you're a big plot hole guy you'll have a problem
Disagree with the characterization, Begins set up Batman’s origins almost too perfectly, whereas Rises felt like a poor half-assed retread of Begins for Batman/Bruce Wayne specifically.
And don’t get me started on Bane being a cuck and John Blake figuring out Bat’s secret identity out of thin air
Cap. The Batman better than anything from the Nolan trilogy.
It’s definitely better than Rises; that’s it though

I dont get this take. The league of shadows are very comic booky
Begins and TDK are miles better than The Batman. The Batman and Rises are on par and each have different strengths and weaknesses to me.
