I think it's just not salvageable anymore and a reboot is the best way to go. DC screwed up the process by rushing their cinematic universe, now they gotta plan things better and start fresh. I think characters like Shazam and Peacemaker can be kept since their stories are in more of an isolated bubble so the transition is easy

Yeah I can see what you mean, although they did screw up by having some of the DCEU Justice League show up in their movies

But for the most part yeah they seem more isolated

I just think it’s going to be hard getting the general public on board with all new casting in such a short amount of time

Honestly think they should’ve waited until Reeves Bat trilogy or Joker movies were over. That would’ve been enough time

Peacemaker did have the justice league show up but it's such a goofy show that they really could just break the fourth wall and make a joke out of it after the reboot. Shazam was never connected to any DCEU stuff iirc. I think the people will be ok with recasts. Honestly I don't feel like the audience was ever invested that much into the DCEU just cause it was too rushed. It isn't like the MCU that had a very well built cinematic universe where we actually cared about all the characters. I think it's the perfect time to reboot and The Batman won't affect anything since it's seen as it's own thing

Lois is the key was basically “ Lois will be used as a plot device after this moment “ which was already assumed she is Superman love. There is like 5 ways after that scene that she is the key so which one flash is referring to who knows

If it’s that her dying will change Superman that again is common sense that isn’t “ Lois is the key “ worthy . Someone could tell you that movie 1 why interrupt movie 2 to tell the viewer that besides to justify knightmare
