Anyways OP you should try to occupy yourself with something. I went hiking the other day. Maybe something like that - it was beautiful!

Not jacking off and semen retention are not the same thing
With semen retention you are training mind body and spirit
Word? Care to explain

Can you explain?
Masturbation isn’t inherently unhealthy, but p*** is. I did a bunch of research about this a while back. Rewires your brain to value instant gratification over long term satisfaction (similar to social media).
Thats with any form of "entertainment" if you over do or take it too serious. Like "whales" n addicts with video games.
Can even go into food where you get certain obese eating disorders.
Which i already agree with.
Plenty of "regulars" are able to go on just fine without falling that deep, including social media. Which the average person social media barely even participates in anything & barely have any posts or interactions.
A d there are methods for people that dont have any to try to develop ways for abstaining or self control.

Bro regulars on social media are not fine. That average use is the use of an addict. Same with p***. It’s a reliance.

You’re understanding the negative effects of casual use. It’s not just causing those effects with the extremes. I was tryna link other sources but you need access to my school’s database ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5039517/#!po=0.367647

While bad in their own right, thinking food and social media are comparable to p*** is f***ing hilarious. I swear most of the people in this thread just straight up lack critical thinking

Now this is where i disagree & imo gets into propaganda territory lol.
I agree to an extent, but not to alalrmist degrees.
How is casual use a reliance? And how is it a persons fault for casualing using something when there is alot in the modern world tied directly to social media? Where its even used the same way as email & scheduling?
Its like when people try to tell people to leave screens "alone" altogether, when a lot of life revolves around that, from professional work to the causal. Its unrealistic, & there are plenty of people that use for specific & limited purposes.
I havent seen those links but i will look into them when i have the chance, but there are tons of reports that say the opposite or agree half way as well.

Uhh, not what i said.
I said many things can lead a person to dependance & a need for instant gratification.
Which is true lol.

I agree with you, but there’s no point in being mean about it. It’s easy to be on either side of this issue.

I never said it was a person’s fault. I do not blame anyway for having any sort of casual relationship with unhealthy vices. It’s super easy to fall into a pattern like that. When I was talking about casual p*** use I was thinking like once a day which would be pretty close to average from the anecdotal evidence I’ve seen with people my age.

What I got from your post is that you think watching p*** is fine in moderation because people have been fine with social media and junk food in moderation, which is just untrue. Correct me if I'm wrong

I agree with that it isnt the persons "fault" too.
I do not believe p*** everyday is what i would call casual use. From myself & my own anecdotal experience as well.
Which is kinda what i was getting at with the social media example. Lot of people think the average or casual social media usage is way bigger than it actually is, and think a lot more people are on social media than what the population actually is. According to outside independant statistics & reporting by the social media companies themselves (which i did a report on social media myself, but not p***).
