This is cool, unfortunately a lot of those results are easily skewed
wym by skewed
as in it's easy to exploit urself to have the "top listeners" status?
wow that's lame asf I spent like $100 on that big ass bundle she had on dirty hit a few months ago
Gus Dapperton better get on this s*** too, I’m responsible for at least half of his streams
Never got the appeal of her as an artist, her s***s not bad but I feel like her image is carrying her
What a terrible idea. This is literally trying to engineer what stans on twitter do

yeah pretty much that's what they hope the effect will be

she has a somewhat interesting take on music in that her lyrics are very plain but nonetheless emotional. she goes for the "authentic" approach with her music. kinda an extension of some punkish stuff that came before her time but with some modern sounds too.
i think she writes a bit too much about her love for her boyfriend and she'd probably expand her reach a bit if she wrote more about other topics, but at the same time i think she explores that relationship in an interesting enough way
this song for example is bout what i guess she wants to name her children w/ her boyfriend
n the song has this obsessive quality to it that i find interesting. cus she comes off obviously obsessed w/ him but she's self-aware bout it too.
like these lyrics r simply said but self-aware, and they're delivered in a way such that she sounds pretty bottled up/on the edge
"i'm scared he's gonna leave me
cause when i'm mad i get pretty scary
but he won't, and he won't, because i'm pretty
and we'll have lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of
babies"
then she starts screaming the chorus it's silly in some sense but at the same time it's a good depiction of obsession

hit the nail on the head. if you're looking for an artist that has outstanding lyrics, look elsewhere. but if you just want to hear music that just sounds "fun", has great melodies, and a solid sense of emotion, this is it. plus the fact that this is literally her debut and she's only 19 iirc shows that there's sooooo much room for growth in future projects. excited to see where she goes from here

I take back what I said, she's great bro
