Their first three albums really didn't do it for me. I think the albums suffered by not including the hit singles, but I respect what they were trying to do. The one that really hit for me was Beatles for Sale, but that seems to be an unpopular opinion among fans of the band. But to me that album sounds more like who the Beatles actually were while the first three albums seem more like what Brian Epstein was molding them into

Also I would recommend being high as s*** for a first listen of Sgt Pepper
