This album and the whole era hold a really special place in my heart ngl

A really good album

I feel like the strongest thing about the album was it's singles tbh

Never understood the hate
Even the Ed Sheehan song is good

One thing i disliked about it and still don't like is that it feels disjointed and lacks the cohesiveness, should've kept it as a 10 track album

But there are some gems in there, that I still bump regularly - CFMF, In the Night, The Hills, Tell your friends, As you are and the Bluesy Dark Times

Great album. Some of his best vocals ever on real life,as you are,angel,in the night and dark times. My only problem with it is losers and earned it

Lots of really really good individual tracks here. I think my ear for cohesive albums is what pushes me away from this album for the most part (as a whole)

ITN was my favorite song off BBTM before it even dropped tbh. I remember loving the leak so so so much

Facts. I had the leak on repeat leading up to the album.

I liked this album from the beginning. Even though he went in an entirely different direction sound-wise, the lyrics still have some darkness to them. I still play 9 out the 14 tracks on a regular basis.

That being said, I feel like there wasn't really any theme to the project, and getting songs we had from the previous year was unnecessary.

Im not the biggest weeknd fan but the fact so many of yall fight over which of his pop albums sound the best means he doing something right

Starboy uses all its fire on the first half, the 2nd half is like jumping off a cliff
