We euthanizing my dog Monday, found out she's fatally sick this morning with some huge protuding bulge in her gut I guess is called a mass in her spleen of blood

I feel bad, like she's old, we don't know how old, but I want to take her out to do "dog things" but all she really enjoys doing these days is laying in bed with me and my wife and it's been that way for awhile. The youngest she could possibly be is 10 and I think that's a generous guess

So we're just laying in bed petting her all day. Kinda hurt to happen to give her the last beggin strip we had left lol. Idk what I can even do to give her a good last 48 hours but at least we 'saved' her from euthanasia 6 years ago when the shelter my wife worked at was about to put her down cause some dumbass returned her for being "too much" (she peed on their carpet and was scared to be taken out with their 3 other dogs, was an obvious dog fighting survivor with trauma attached)

Go get her some special foods, feed her a steak and eggs or some s***. I’m sure just chilling in bed with you and the wife is plenty enough to keep a dog happy. She had a good life with you, find solace in that brother

Due to pre-existing stomach s*** I can't feed her any real fancy food like that. Trust me, I thought about grilling her a steak but she will vomit and feel like s*** if I do. She already vomits like 3-5x a month without human food

Wife is fixing up her normal dinner right now which has been a specific wet food she loves for like a year+ at least
