Rest in peace đź’” I only recently got into the whole berserk universe but its had such an impact on me already. God bless him and his family
this is so out of nowhere man
Whoa. My buddy loooooves berserk so I’ve heard so much about the dude this is tragic
Rip
One of the greatest stories ever illustrated and one of the greatest stories I’ve ever had the pleasure of being able to read. RIP.
I know he obviously knew what an impact his work had on so many people, but it can’t be overstated how inspiring and beautiful his ideas and art were. Berserk to me was everything you could want in the manga art form, and yet delivered so much more. Of course there was tragedy, darkness, nihilism and overall despair. And yet like many others I knew it was always about hope, and the struggle of finding those moments of light in the darkness, causality be damned. I remember being in awe of those panels, and wondering how one man had so much talent. RIP king, your work and legacy live on.
