Berserk is truly one of the very few works in this medium that i think reached everyone, i havent met a single person who doesnt f*** with it thats a true classic right there

with or without an ending Berserk will always be my favourite manga

Only ever read the first 5 volumes and remember loving it, stopped cause of all the hiatuses is it worth getting back into it knowing there will never be an ending now still to this day some of the most stunning art I've ever seen unparalled. Absolute tragic loss to art as a whole

Of course you have to, its one of the greatest stories ive read that unfortunately wont get an ending
I would only advise against it cause when you'll get to the latest chapter this news will hit you a lot harder

Had a huge seinen manga phase in middle school got super into berserk and vagabond but was so upset about all the infrequent releases. This s*** is so tragic. Stories and art got me through a lot when I was lonely kid

I dont think inoue has any intention to ever finish vagabond since hes invested in real now so id say read that too!

still got hope vagabond might be back just cause Inoue is active again with Real never gotten into real but seems super intriguing

I don’t think there’s ever been a better manga artist then Miura.

The detail to his s*** was almost endless.

I just got a t-shirt of the previous God Hand group shot they had in Skull Knight’s flashback in all red and sometimes I just stare and marvel at it for a while before putting it on.

Lets hope he does, although i do not want to pressure him, after this event i have a different vision on hiatus cause while it does hurt us the artists are still people at the end of the day with issues that could impact their work. Nontheless i havent read real yet so im planning to read that asap since im a fan of his work and want to follow his artistic career til the end
