No tv is better than a gaming monitor.
Also, I said it makes sense for casual gaming to play on a tv.
LG CX disagrees.
Also I worked as a Sony rep so I'm incredibly biased. But I'll stan Sony TV's to the death. Them s***s hit different
That 65" x90h do be looking good tho
LG CX disagrees.
Damn, actually has 1ms response time.... impressive.
Not good for competitive gaming though, screen is way too big but yeah that's a great tv.

You can get it 48 inch, smallest OLED out.
If you didn’t know about the CX, then clearly you don’t know what you talking about.

I play on monitors, if you know anything about competitive gaming then you would know to never get a screen bigger than 27 inch.... 32 max.
Which is why Monitors will always be superior for comp gaming.
TCL 6 series 2020 the best budget tv on the market.
Tcl is the most underrated brand right now, insane tvs for a great price
Anyway ive been using my 4k 55” TCL tv for 4k games and I also bought a 32” curved samsung monitor for shooters and stuff
they are bright, over saturated, colors are inaccurate, and over time they fade and become dull, competitors offer better tvs at the same price point.
Samsung is a gimmicky imo, and are babies when it comes to the tv market, they are just much better at sales and marketing than their competitors.
also they have those ads everywhere on the TV
LG>>>
People still game on TVs?
guess it makes sense for casual gaming.
Gotta have a 4k tv and a 144hz 1440p monitor for this gen, that setup has been crazy for me

I went with 1440p 144hz instead, the 4k ones that can run 120fps were kinda out of my price range, i bet theyre insane tho
this gen consoles can do more than 60??
Both consoles can do 120 on games that support it, its wild
Cold war tomorrow in 120 fps

Nothing wrong with being a casual gamer.
Just saying if you want the best gaming experience then a monitor is the way to go.

for competitive gaming where latency matters? of course, goes without saying
otherwise there's absolutely no way a monitor is beating a TV

also OLED has way better motion resolution
imo 60hz OLED signal looks clearer than 120hz on a LCD
at 120hz OLED exceeds the motion resolution of LCDs at 240hz and still has good response times
also you can use BFI to make the image look as smooth as a CRT but at the cost of losing half the nit output

No doubt they are good but just not very practical when doing competitive play, I haven’t seen any around 27inches with 1ms. Wasn’t referring to casual gaming.
