others have said paris is burning, moonlight and tangerine
other great ones are: My Own Private Idaho, The Birdcage, But I'm A Cheerleader, Tongues Untied, Mysterious Skin, The Miseducation of Cameron Post, Milk, The Favourite, Brokeback Mountain, Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Watermelon Woman, Flawless and most early John Waters films

Stay away from blue is the warmest color, director is a creep, its male gaze-y as hell and from what i heard the author of the book its based off didn't like it

Also try to stay away from films with the "trans predator trope" like Psycho, Dress to kill and silence of the lambs and such, admittedly even i do love some of the films that carry this but it is indeed harmful and i wouldn't even consider them lgbt+ films, so just stay away from them
