this album is so underrated, i like how they separated all the vibes into parts, 1 part was what we expected, 2 was more ambient and lowkey then the last part was pure innovation from the template

japanese shoegaze is too good

tbh shoegase is a very uninteresting genre to me. It's kind of like the "Raggaeton of alternative music" to me. Everything sounds so derivative. Loveless is groundbreaking due to its approach to texture and sound - it isn't just aesthetics and accessory (which is what other shoegaze bands seem to not get).

what catherine wheel did on ferment and chrome is insane they were definitely snubbed for top 5 bands
