Pretty much every story in shounen jump that covers a teenager around 15 years is just a shounen to me

Stuff like Chainsaw man obviously already pushed the limit in regards to depciting trauma, violence and depression.

Still FMA? I see it very much like One Piece. Both even go as far to depict heavy topics like war, even f***ing genocide and slavery or trauma. But its all about the framing. In both stories everything bad that has happened is very much in the past. Death is treated extremely serious and neither stories depict any sort of sexual violence. Body horror im confused what you mean in FMA

So yeah I dont see the Seinen argument for it

Right now in current manga Dandadan, Kaisen and CSM are peak. My hero could be but hori keeps making it good and then either fumbling or going on hiatus after hiatus
