Todd Rundgren's Utopia
its a great one. in which Todd assembles a prog backing band including no less than 3 keyboard players
i think i already linked the ridiculous 30 minute behemoth track from it itt

also a continuation of him trying to fit as much as possible onto a single LP cuz its somehow a full hour long

half an hour
yeah I was just reading yesterday that The White Album, Aftermath a few of the longer albums of the era somewhat sacrificed audio fidelity to cram so many songs on one album. thinner grooves on the vinyl.

Todd pushed it even further in '75 with a 68 minuter
i think some genres like classical can do longer sides without sacrificing quality. but yeah for things like rock which needs more volume, bass etc. (i think that requires wider grooves or something? idk) these 50+ minute records are known to sound kinda iffy iirc
B****es Brew got some really long sides also but those songs are much sparser so i dont think audio quality suffered as much
