You just gave Kanye the same credit in an earlier post? When he doesn’t have the same impact

    I’m regards to music?

Chance the Rapper, J Cole, Kendrick, Drake, Kid Cudi, Travis Scott, Kid Cudi have all directly cited Kanye as an influence and that’s just to name a few.

Plus, Kanye’s influence is wayyyyyyyyyy beyond music. If we are talking influence in general, Drake has nothing to stand on.

Yeah we’re talking strictly music. You somehow deflected my earlier post in regards to Drake’s influences.... by listing their other influences? And now trying to move away from music lol

    You listed Cudi twice btw

...find an instance of any of the artists you mentioned besides Bryson where they state Drake influenced them.

Drake's on top for more than 6 years and some people here tryna say that he is not MJs lvl artist

lmaooo drake doesn't have a pink toe of Michael Jackson's artistry or iconography and never will. artists know this well. easy to distort numbers nowadays and call it art.

It's not that rappers are singing. There's an entire lane Drake created for himself and others have ran with and adapted to since So Far Gone, Thank Me Later and Take Care. Artists like Post Malone and Halsey are direct responses to artists like Drake. These are who run the charts now with great music.

The Bryson Tillers, Swae Lees, 6lacks etc

r u saying post malone and halsey are influenced by drake

Probably because musically or performance wise he doesn’t done anything all that historical.

He’s the most popular yet he’s always put a notch under Kanye and Jay Z when looking at impact for some reason.

Which is odd because been more influential than either in this decade but I also think it’s because Drake doesn’t do as much outside of music besides be a meme at basketball games and get caught up shelving his own artists And hiding children.

Why must someone be a Stan just because they something positive about an artist? Especially given they are just stating a fact of the matter.

You can be critical and/or supportive of something without being a Stan. And even if someone is a Stan that wouldn’t change the facts.
