Beyonce def has lipsynced but she does it way better than Britney/Madonna I guess , I think the main difference is Beyonce uses prerecorded live vocals to lipsync to instead of the actual audio from the album/single

And she does go in and out live according to her fans , so it's a mixture of both live and prerecorded live singing

Also her demand is simply insane. I still hope she’s gonna tour the whole globe, her fans especially in Brazil, Australia and South Africa deserve that.
