yessir, he’s been rapping his best the last two projects he dropped. im excited for this
That’s why I’m hopeful for this album gave this nigga reason to go hard, something else to rap about
That was my first thought when that Ye s*** happened.
This s*** feel like when Steph was competing for the 4th ring without KD.

We'll see, D2 should have been that tho
Tbh, hit-boy wasn’t really hittin on that EP.
I felt like it was just a rough draft, hopefully they prove us right
That’s the way it goes
Rappers came and went but HOV been there from the start
Seem em put it together, watched them take it apart
His last album got 0 movement tbh
Where are you getting these “facts” from?
Or is just your opinion?
his fanbase will skew older because a lot of the people who checked out his early mixtapes are in their 30s now
typically those people will not be posting online about their fave artists but you can see his shows are sold out and his albums sell. Idk what that poster is going on about Detroit 2, a gold album during COVID is great
Knew it was over for Sean when he put out that EP with Hit Boy and niggas did not give af and it was really good.
Nothing has been the same for him since that Double or Nothing album with Metro, which was wayyy overhated to me.
Nevertheless, he has a legendary back catalogue so his name will always ring off, he'll always be able to tour, do festivals, the whole nine but he's done commercially and even he knows it that's why he's been so scared to drop.
And I say this as a low-key diehard Stan of his
Yeah that project with HitBoy was under appreciated
If this is soon, the elite class of 2010s might be fully back, meek already dropped, I heard something about Krit coming back, honestly krit stuck to his guns so much he lost me
sean is aging nicely into a rapper with a small cult fanbase who appreciates his talents
Tyler didn’t sound like he was in love with whatever he heard lmaoo
Sound like he heard something & was like “this cool but..”
I thought you were joking. Why did they put that Tyler clip in here
“The way you put words together is your biggest superpower, but it’s also your biggest flaw.”
That mentality ruined him more than it ruined Cole tbf, and ye was never a rapper like Sean was, idk I kinda wanted him to cleanse himself like he did but his output ain't as prolific, that feature with alc was super flames too
It was super fire.
My only point is that the memes about his bars are so disingenuous people be reaching man

I mean.. that’s always been Sean’s biggest flaw has it not?

New KRIT?
Yeah I’m always in for new KRIT but he does need to switch it up a little this go round.
Sean had to switch up his formula on this one. We need something different. Similar to how yachty was able to morph and carti too. Sean has to not just evolve his sound but completely change it on this one if he wants to compete. If this sounds like a rehash of anything from the 2010s then it will flop.

what was this like him showing him the completed album? from the tone of this i thought this was tyler giving him advice early in the process kinda like what pharell did for him and flower boy. like on some constructive criticism and guidance type s***.
I always root for Sean…comes off as a good dude. Usually has a handful of tracks I enjoy. Hope he links with Key Wane…I like their duo the best.
i don’t fw sean at all but i love to see friendly niggas like these talk about him makes me want to like him even though i know i never will
