so around 2015 with the prevalence of chelsea boots in the WDYWT thread it really felt like streetwear was dying in the sxn. Everyone was posting boring ass uninspired chelsea boots + long camel jacket fits. Anyways thought I'd give the SLP/preppy aesthetic a try (for a lack of better word). Copped some expansive ass Story et al. Jodphurs that I only ended up wearing like 2-3 times cause they simply didn't match the person I was lmao. Plus I'm 6'4 wearing heeled boots for what loool. Them s***s took me 10+ months to sell back and at a loss.

Only missteps I can think of personally for me is not having enough money for actual cool s*** back in HS,so I use to buy a lot of bullshit on sale that was hard to pull off for anybody.

I also purchased a custom carhartt jacket that set me back £150 in customs fees. It’s too big for me and I’ve worn it like 3 times 😂😂
