Touring for rap artists wasn’t netting you hundreds of millions back then. You weren’t even getting tens of millions. It only became big big business recently. Glow in the Dark tour really shifted things.
The Best of Both Worlds tour in 04 was only expected to make $30 million in total and that’s two of the biggest artists touring together and was the biggest hip hop tour in the world at the time

Dude was barely hot in the scene for a decade but is the 3rd highest grossing rapper. I never even knew Post was a touring force like that.

He’s a white guy that makes Hip Hop music. That alone is a big seller, but I say that… not to discredit him. His musical talent is through the roof and he’s able to easily switch lanes and genres to take in larger crowds. He’s also consistent. He’s had 5 albums in 7 years. Consistency will always bring in fans. I Stan Posty.
