could go either way. billboard have a lot of very gimmicky charts (triller charts for a prime example). that being said this will be interesting. I think hot 100 will remain the primary chart people care about but I could see this one being more relevant than any other chart outside the hot 100 and billboard 200
will depend on implementation and promotion - billboard basically control the market in terms of charts so they will basically decide how much this actually means
