Oh no bro, what I posted was a joke thread. You still got it lol.

Lmao I see. Still though, I’m open to suggestions from anyone really. Next week was probably gonna be Erykah Badu or Prince or maybe even Minnie Ripperton. There’s so many greats that it’s hard to even begin where to choose. Think ima stay more towards the household names in the beginning before deep diving.

This song brings tears to my eyes man. It’s so joyful, which is his strong point, as well as it causing hella nostalgia to well up within me

Stevie can pick you up like no other musician man. I think we live in a great era of music, but we'll never have another one like Stevie Wonder.

I had this song on at work once I was talking to my coworker and mid sentence he just goes "Wait, this is that Ja Rule song." Had to go and show him how many of his songs were sampled.

I no lie have them in rotation damn near every day. What It Comes Down To Ernie Isley does NOT get the respect he deserves for being a legendary guitarist. They might be next week

The main pro of our generation is that we are able to easily access the other generations and live vicariously through the albums and live footage. Though yes, it’s a crying shame we will never experience those eras and those live shows. Can you imagine the f***ing 80s my guy? Prince popping. MJ popping. Cameo popping. Rick James Popping. Whitney Houston popping and so many more. And that’s STILL ONLY BLACK MUSIC. When we start factoring in Queen and Madonna and Bowie etc??? Jesus Christ.

Those albums along with Its Our Thing. My fav songs would be For The Love Of You, What It Comes Down To, Brown Eyed Girl, Groove With You, That Lady Pts 1 and 2, I Know Who You Been Socking It To, Contagious, Summer Breeze, Fight The Power, etc.
