Did anybody watch the new Kenya Barris Netflix show?

I enjoyed it to be honest. But I also like grown-ish...(stopped watching black-ish after a while)

Yea I thought people were hating when they said that this man basically has made the same show 3 times now but it's a very valid critique.

Its going for an Arrested Development vibe but also it's heavy in your face with the "this is what black people do and how we think about things"

it’s weird to me how pretty much everyone was light skinned in the trailer. if you’re gonna have a show about being black, you’d think you’d represent more than what they showed. Does the show have dark skinned people?
