Bruh what the f*** was all that sword s***
That was so confusing
Zangetsu is Yhawch because all quincy power stems from Yhawch, but it is an indepedent entity that resides in Ichigo or all quincy I guess? But at the same time Zangetsu is also his hollow too, what the f*** was that explanation
Yeah i kinda checked out at that part

I mean it makes sense with in world logic. Shinegami have their inner hollow world existing because of their species being tied to Hollows. Ichigo then gains Quincy blood through genetics, so Yhawch eventually takes a metaphysical form through that world.
Throughout the series Ichigo becomes a soul reaper against Yhawch's wishes and is powerful enough to avoid having his powers being zapped away like his momma.
Did Ishin really left his role as captain like that without facing consequences and no one in SS made some investigation about it?
I was actually thinking about this. it's crazy how rukia is the only person we've seen who actually faced consequences for leaving the SS when she easily had the best reason for leaving it's not like she wasn't gonna come back either
Need them Vizards to kick sum Quincy asses, I got a special place in my heart for them and I remember they weren't given justice in the manga during this arc.

I’m not one for bringing back tired old arguments from back then at this stage. Kubo to me has always been a god tier illustrator but terrible writer. I’m actually expecting the anime to rectify some parts of this arc so I’ll just lay back and watch them work.
has there ever been a case where a manga did or explained something poorly and the anime fixed it? ive seen the same sentiment for niggas that want aot's anime to fix its ending and i dont see it happening for that or bleach

I need to see Nel pop off with Grim man. I was expecting to see some cool ass s*** with them at the end

I would say AoT S3 Part 1. Isayama felt he bogged down the pacing in the manga. So when it came time for the anime he and the team evenly distributed the action and the politics. Most ppl didn’t think it could fit into 12 episodes and they were right cuz a lot was cut but it made the arc more palatable.
Idk how valid this is but some YT guy commented in a video showing when Aizen stops Ichigo’s theme. The comment stated that, “The most funniest part about this 1 single moment. Is that Aizen erased the theme song too the point where it only returned when Aizen was finally defeated and the theme song returned.”
In a reply to the OG comment, it was later stated that remixes were used between A and B but not the original theme. Pretty insane if true
Morita is Ichigo VA btw
Don’t know if I can think of any brand new fights that’ll be outside of some more sternritter moments (I think there’s two we never see do anything). As far as expanding some fights we do see, I could think of a lot of those
Pretty cool either way

That's pretty sick lol
By this pace we'll suffer by getting like one chapter per year but it's still better than nothing and I appreciate it lmao
Real shounen is back (again)
Rewatching the Og anime and these early episodes are so nostalgic, love how simple but entertaining the plot was at this point
