goodness gracious why does ktt think blonde is the pinnacle of music
I have listened to this album thoroughly like 6 times and while it’s a good album, I don’t understand the hype it gets at all. Maybe I’m too old to “get it” idk
Fantastic album, overrated on ktt tho
I don’t think he’ll ever top channel orange
If not the one and only.
I don’t want to hear opinions from people who only listen to 1 genre, or people who shun music wo drums, or people who unironically avoid music they think is mysterious.
This one is going up against albums by the Beatles, prince, Bowie, queen, Led Zeppelin etc. and even for them its hard to match in scope and quality.
Masterful sound design, ultra-intentional sequencing w exactly 30 mins in daytime 30 in night mode, songwriting that’s unmatched in this generation, works in total disregard of genre lines, no gimmicks, beautiful lush chord progressions, ridiculous credit list, and countless moments that you feel in your god. damn. chest.
just finished relistening and I can’t hold a single album to it, even ones I consider my favorites.
Channel orange and endless are better than blonde
Fantastic album, overrated on ktt tho
I don’t think he’ll ever top channel orange
cO is his best album for sure
I dont even like blonde like that but the title is 100% right.
music sxn niggas who only listen to rap will tell you otherwise tho
Thriller is a better pop album but I don’t know about general album, and channel orange is just not as ambitious or refined as channel orange.
Agreed. I'd like to think I have diverse music taste, and it's just on another level compared to every album. The only one I'd even attempt to compare it to is MBDTF, but even then I'd say blonde is on top, as it's a much more cohesive album.
The 1975 dropped a better album than Blonde that year imo..
the 1975 make such great music, sad that they aren't as popular as they once were, I feel like most people would love them if they gave them a listen
