OP isn’t saying it is the best album of all time
But one of the best? I mean when it comes to pop/r&b I think not many albums in the past 20 years hold a candle to it. Maybe Black Messiah holds a candle to it in recent memory.

Black Messiah is an undoubtedly better engineered and performed album. Songwriting? Pop appeal/mood setting? Black Messiah is maximalist instrumentally on many songs and inversely blonde is sparse. Two separate, great albums. Close to = imo
