best game on PS4
10/10
First single player game I put over 100+ hours into
First game where I got a platinum trophy
still haven’t finished DLC though damn Orphan of KoS on NG+7
Just wanted to say that it's crazy how different some bosses can be in challenge for some people. Orphan of Kos only took my 2 tries when I played the DLC for the first time.

Hardest boss for me by far

took me like 40 tries
yet I beat Lawrence on my first try
Never beat this game. Got mad deep then got stuck.. got no idea where to go now. Might have to restart someday
I just could never get into it. It took me an hour to get past the hunting mob and then I finally killed them all, got to the other side and never saw a bonfire. Then beat that big ass boss. Think I finally saw a bonfire and some random dog just ended my run. I never wanted to go back because I knew it would only get way worse from there
But all I see is mountains of praise heaped upon this game. Maybe it's just not for me idk

it really clicks once you get past that first starting area, whole world opens up and that genius level design starts to show

Damn. Lawrence was way harder for me. Forgot how many tries it took but it was way more than 2.

I don't summon in these games tbh. Mostly cuz I just like playing solo dolo. Maria was tricky for me too but I think I beat her in less than 5 tries. I must depend and all our play styles.

The BIGGEST tip someone gave me was to just literally run past the grunts. Unless you need to grind or someone is blocking your progress then just skip em. Especially if you just keep dying over and over.
Also, patience patience patience. This game is more aggressive than Dark Souls but you still can't just go in. You can really exploit the enemy patterns cuz most of them have obvious wind ups for their attacks.
Once you're able to upgrade your weapons and strength you can just start shredding the basic enemies.

Hmm. I wonder if it's the part in the cathedral ward where you take the elevator to the right upwards. There's an area where you have to purposely fall down carefully on some wooden planks and it's not very clear cuz it's kinda dark.
Did you ever get to the bloodstarved beast?
edit: nvm you said you got mad deep so you must be farther than that.
I've played all the Souls games and Bloodborne a f*** ton over the years, even demon souls the hardest one of all I've learned and mastered dodging and the timing with movesets of enemies and your own character, that I rarely ever die from fights. I can usually tank bosses except those with one shots
but those only take me a few times so it ain't that bad. I wish they'd come out with a demon souls remaster so that I be more on the grind

Yeah I got past that part I rememebr. It was like in some forest area... there were snakes and s*** I remember and everything poisoned me was brazy

Oh yea. That part can get kinda confusing. So you must have not beaten The Shadows of Yharnam (3 black hooded dudes). There is an area that you just follow the path the further you go the forest that leads you to them. Tbh the forest is my least favourite area.
Bought it and couldn't beat the first enemy haven't played since
Keep trying b. It's hard but when you finally beat a boss >>
Look up some guides if you're really having trouble
Yuka the f***in GOAT
