The game really begins now, welcome Get the DLC if you don't have it, everyone deserves to get their ass beat by Orphan of Kos

I should pick this back up again, I'm two trophies away from the platinum. But I need to beat some chalice dungeons like the one where you're half health so I can kill the Pthuemerian queen and play the whole game from the beginning so I can get one of the other endings Just dropped it because I couldn't beat a Chalice boss

Continuing to play this an I actually hate the way vials and bullets work

I get stuck on a boss I end up using a f*** ton of vials, then I just have to go farm more?? That’s mad annoying

You can always buy them in the hunters dream too, I find that to be easier than looking for enemies that drop them

Yea it’s fine I changed my mind I don’t really care, game is fire

The mood change from when a boss is kicking my ass to when I beat it is crazy

The vials system does suck tho

Altho I understand that they really wanted you to play as aggressive as possible with the health drain

I am not suprised that the Dark Souls 1 estus system is now what they use for all their titles

Yeah really a wide swing and for the most part a miss. I wonder if they’d double down on it in a sequel or just change it to the standard Estus system.

S*** almost 10 years old insanity I’m getting frenzied

I didn't ever mind having to go farm vials tbh The enemies that drop them are weak, you can equip an eye rune or you can just buy them to avoid farming completely

Greatest feeling ever

That feeling of your character becoming super powerful is so amazing

Just hit level 50, going back to areas of the game that initially gave me a trouble and just one-shotting enemies is awesome

Just beat Laurence halfway through this DLC then got one or two more bosses in the main game til I’m donezo can’t believe how long I slept on this game

Giving this another playthrough. Been a min since I played but Yharnam is a cakewalk for me I just sprinted through everybody and unlocked all the shortcuts before even hitting the hunter's dream lmao

Just imagining a sequel with fluidity and combat more similar to sekiro

Come on, it's really not that bad. You're OP at this point and can one shot some of the enemies that drop them. You can equip an eye rune to make it go faster or just sell some other items. I barely used bullets, so I was at max capacity and would just sell them to buy vials

Good luck with OoK, took me forever to beat him. Niggas weren't lying when they said you need to be aggressive. Old hunter bone and Ludwig Holy Blade normal form was essential for me

It’s not that it’s difficult to farm or anything, it’s just that it’s kind of a nuisance 10 minute chore

I got OoK down to like probably one fifth of his health tonight and I didn’t too many times really, I usually play better in the morning so hoping I can finish him up early and the game, just got Gherman left

Put on the eye rune, the other rune that gives you more souls (or whatever it's called) and it's easier. Get what you mean about it being a nuisance, but combat is so much fun that I didn't mind Would practice my parry timings because I barely used it in the game

How was Lady Maria for you? That took me forever, but eventually I got her parry timings down. Still took a couple attempts after that because her third phase

Look up the endings, there's a secret boss after Gherman if you eat 3 umbilical cords before you kill him

And I'd try to get the Platinum, it's not that difficult. You probably just need to get some hunter's items you missed, do some chalice dungeons to kill the Pthuemerian queen and get all the endings. Use PS Plus or a flash drive to save your game just before the ending and before you eat 3 umbilical cords to get all the endings in one playthrough

Actually surprising how short this game is. Most of my playthroughs even with DLC are clocked at less than 23 hours.
